Comprehensive DITA support

SiberSafe DITA CMS offers a central, web-enabled, versioned, access- and workflow-controlled repository where DITA XML content (DITA  concept, task and reference topics as well as DITA maps and book maps) and the related non-XML artifacts, such as illustrations, can be centrally stored and managed.

SiberSafe streamlines the creation, maintenance, translation, review and publishing of DITA topics and DITA maps, natively supporting many important aspects of the DITA standard, such as cross-references, image references, index terms, annotations, conrefs, profile attributes and many others.

Our DITA CMS is integrated with a number of popular DITA XML authoring and publishing tools, including XMetaL/XMAX, FrameMaker, ArborText, XmlMind, FOP, RenderX, AntennaHouse, OpenDITA Toolkit and Microsoft Word while offering interoperability with most other similar tools.

To facilitate the multi-lingual translation workflow, SiberSafe DITA is interoperable with SDL Trados and SunOLT. It also natively supports the XML Localization Interchange File Format (XLIFF) standard both in terms of exporting the source language content for translation and importing the already translated content back.
